The Ericksonian approach is flexible and deeply individual. It uses precise language, imagery, metaphor, attention, and the client’s own inner experience rather than a rigid script.
ERICKSONIAN HYPNOSIS · FOCUSED INNER WORK
A quieter mind can reveal what effort alone cannot reach.
Hypnosis is a focused state of attention in which external distractions recede and inner images, associations, emotions, and automatic responses may become easier to notice. It can make the work feel more direct and concentrated than conversation alone—without taking away your awareness or control.
Ericksonian hypnosis works beautifully online. You can explore your inner world while remaining in the familiar, safe space of your own home, where it may be easier to relax, turn inward, and stay connected with yourself.

UNDERSTANDING HYPNOSIS
You remain conscious and in control.
Hypnosis is not sleep, unconsciousness, or submission to another person. It is a state of focused attention and reduced peripheral awareness, often accompanied by relaxation and an increased responsiveness to suggestion.
During a session, you hear the practitioner, can speak, think, accept or reject a suggestion, and stop the process at any time. The work is collaborative: nothing is done to you or against your values.
How the Ericksonian approach works
In a state of focused immersion, we follow the present reaction toward an earlier, root experience with which the unconscious may still connect it. The purpose is not simply to remember the event, but to reach the place where the emotional response and the pattern formed around it are still active.
Through careful repeated revisiting, the emotional charge can gradually decrease. The memory is not erased and the past is not rewritten; what changes is the intensity of its influence on the present. As the charge weakens, relief may emerge and a person can respond with greater freedom rather than from the old automatic pattern.

Regression and deeper inner experience
Deeper work may include regression practices, including past-life imagery. These experiences can carry personal, emotional, spiritual, or symbolic meaning and open a new perspective on a recurring theme.
The purpose is not to prove a historically accurate memory or impose an interpretation. The experience is explored with care, allowing its meaning and connection with the present to unfold for the client.
